    DescriptionPortrait of pigeon in a circular closeup, left side profile. A sky filled landscape serves as a backdrop, the sky blackened with pigeon. On the rear it is written "The Last Passenger Pigeon, drawing made by Rudolf Cronau in the Zoological Garden of Cincinnati in the year 1899. This last Passenger Pigeon died on September 1, 1914 at 1o'clock in the afternoon. It's stuffed body is now in the U.S. National Museum at Washington DC."
